For orders under $75, we charge a flat fee of $9.99 to make sure your lingerie arrives quickly and discreetly and nicely packaged anywhere in the U.S.
But why stop there? Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping, so stock up on your favorite styles and save!
At She.Her San Francisco we understand the anticipation of receiving your new lingerie, so we make sure to ship all orders out within 1-3 business days. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking code so you can keep an eye on your package and plan your next lingerie reveal.
Absolutely! Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with all the details you need to track your package, including your shipping carrier and a tracking code. So you can keep an eye on your order status and know exactly when your new lingerie will arrive.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we do ship anywhere within the United States and offer free shipping on orders over $75.
At She.Her San Francisco, we want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. We accept almost all payment methods available, including all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Stripe. So no matter how you like to pay, we've got you covered.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping items back. To initiate a return, please reach out to our team at she@shehersanfrancisco.com, and we'll provide you with returning instructions. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we'll send you an email notification and issue a store credit for the cost of the items purchased.

Please email us atshe@shehersanfrancisco.comwithin 3 days of receiving the package, along with a photo of the damaged product, and we'll be sure to send you a new one right away.
